Return and Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality of of our handmade goods and want you to absolutely love your items. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we are more than happy to help you find the perfect handmade item. You are welcome to return your item for an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:
  • Timeframe: Items must be shipped or brought back to us within 14 days of your purchase/delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
